Jeremy’s extensive healthcare leadership experience spans multiple business lines, products, and geographies. He is passionate about value-based care and serving special needs populations. He also brings a deep understanding of operations, product design, healthcare policy, and clinical strategy and has worked with numerous government agencies on program design throughout his career.
Jeremy attained his Bachelor of Arts in political science and American government (with high distinction and Scholar of the College honors) from the University of Minnesota Morris.
Jeremy’s career began as a mediator and investigator at the Minnesota Attorney General’s Office. At the same time, he worked as a program coordinator at New Challenges, Inc., an organization that provided personal care and community housing for individuals with traumatic brain injuries.
Throughout his career, he served as the Senior Vice President of Enterprise Operations at Bright Health, Chief Operating Officer (COO) of QualChoice Medicare Advantage for Catholic Health Initiatives, and National Clinical Strategy Director for Medicaid Plans at UnitedHealth Group.
Starting at UnitedHealth Group as a compliance manager, Jeremy progressed through various roles before becoming a national-level director and market COO. He has led teams through periods of explosive growth, initial public offerings, mergers and acquisitions, and business transformation.
An outdoor enthusiast who enjoys hiking, fishing, and lake activities, Jeremy loves spending time with his active family (including enthusiastically coaching his young son’s baseball team).
