(ACOs)

Curana Health is dedicated to delivering high-quality, value-based care to the patients we serve in the communities where they live. Participating in ACOs is essential to enabling our value-based care model.

To best meet the unique needs of our communities, we participate in two types of ACOs:

• Medicare Shared Savings Program (MSSP)
• High Needs REACH ACO program
