When you can't be there, we are.

On-site primary care that comes to your loved one, right in their senior living community. They're seen more often. Watched more closely. You can finally stop holding your breath.

You know this routine too well.

The 45-minute drive. The afternoon off work. The waiting room where your loved one sits in a plastic chair for an hour so a doctor can see them for five minutes.

Then the drive home. The pharmacy. The next appointment to schedule. Between all of it: the phone calls you dread, and the ones you make to check in.

You’ve been managing it all because no one else could. You shouldn’t have to do it alone.

We come to them. You get your time back.

Curana Health primary care providers come to your loved ones senior living community. We see them in their roomWe’re available 24/7. We talk and share notes with all their other doctors and specialists.

No more driving across town. No more waiting rooms. No more choosing between your job and their appointment.

Someone’s always on call

If something happens at 2 a.m. on a Saturday, you’re not the only one picking up the phone. Our clinical team is available 24/7: nights, weekends, holidays.

Problems get caught early

Our providers are specialists in senior care who see your parent regularly and stay long enough to notice what's different. A fever, a bruise, a change in appetite gets flagged and watched — before it becomes a trip to the ER.

You stay in the loop

Your loved one’s Curana Health provider talks to specialists, therapists, and community staff directly. You're not the one passing messages between four different offices anymore. You just get the update.
“My wife has been in long-term care now for over five years. Curana nurses provide specific care for her pressure wounds, and they also now have a palliative care nurse who makes calls at least once a week to provide assurance that the treatment she gets there is appropriate and continuing properly.”
-Frank, Senior living resident
“They know my mom, they know me. Mom can see them every single week until the problem is solved. And my mother has had more problems than you can ever imagine. And I'm just so grateful that there are resources that Curana provides. It's great to not have to drive.”
-Deb, daughter of assisted living resident

No surprise bills. No membership fees.

your parent doesn’t have to switch doctors to receive our care.

You’ve been carrying this long enough.

Whether you're still weighing options or ready to get your loved one set up, our care team will walk you through it.
