Personalized care, expert support, and meaningful resources to help you manage your loved one’s health and well-being with confidence.
Enhanced nursing services
A dedicated nurse from Curana Health will reach out to you and your loved one once a month to check in on their overall health and how you’re feeling about their care. They will also serve as your contact for health and wellness needs in between check-ins.
Best-in-class education platform
Curana Health has partnered with ianacare to offer an online tool that features a caregiver community, a content library, interactive sessions, and more.
Care plans made just for you
We don’t believe in one-size-fits-all care. Your nurse will work with you to build a personalized care plan that reflects your loved one’s specific diagnosis, needs, and preferences.
Respite care coverage
You may qualify for up to $2,500 per year for respite care services (for those eligible).
